Fighters Are Entertainers!!
Fighters are entertainers! No matter how much it goes beyond that, at the end of the day our job is to put on a performance that leaves the people willing to pay for more. In order for us to do this we need promotions to be ran professionally and to provide us with reasonable accommodations. It takes fighters to have a show. It takes good fighters to make any significant profit from one. Therefore marketing should be a two-way street between the promotion and (hopefully more than one or two) fighters. This investment will continue to benefit you when amateurs turn pro, leaving no reason to abandon them when they do. If you want fighters that are willing to take risks for the sake of putting on an exciting show, you got to give them the incentive to do so.
